The greatest risks and greatest rewards are in choosing to be who you truly are, walking your confidence, and holding compassion for yourself as you make this change. We’ll answer:
Where are you living in alignment, and where are you assimilating?
What unhealthy coping mechanisms have you been using?
What are your values (actual, shadow, and espoused)?
04 — Self-Regulation and Resilience
Everyone gets stressed, but most people don’t notice the subtle signs of fatigue and depletion that - when caught early - can be regulated and mitigated so you don’t make choices you’ll regret. Self-regulation is a leadership skill. Emotional intelligence is crucial for navigating the complex and continuous challenges faced by leaders today. In this phase we learn:
How to know when to manage emotion, show emotion, and use emotion in decision-making
How to build nourishing relationships with others, and recognizing when to let know of those that no longer serve you
What healthy coping mechanisms (habits) can we introduce slowly and build over time
05 — Purpose and Fulfillment
There’s no greater emptiness than using your gifts towards something that lacks meaning. Your values must be translated into the kind of impact you want to make in this world.
